The unique feature of the phone is a feature called Smart Glow which is fully customizable LED notification light that works for “priority notifications from any app or contact” according to Samsung As the press release explains:
While up to four alerts can be set, consumers can create and choose their own color for the Smart Glow. It also alerts a user if they are running low on battery, internal memory, or mobile data. Users can also use the Smart Glow LED ring to position the rear camera for higher mega-pixel selfies with the Selfie Assist feature.
As for price, the Galaxy J2 (2016) reportedly costs INR 9,750 and will go on sale next week..
